I am here to help you attain your population health goals

My name is Dr. Chris Parker and I am a clinical pharmacist and the cofounder and Executive Director of Operations for Centralized Healthcare Solutions, a University of Iowa College of Pharmacy based company.  I have more than 15 years of experience developing models to deliver lower cost management of chronic conditions leading to improved outcomes.  These care models have been successfully implemented across a wide range of healthcare settings from rural Midwest private practices to large urban academic health systems.
I started brainstorming new ways for pharmacists to provide clinical care long before graduating from pharmacy school.  I have encountered many challenges while trying to navigate the complicated world of healthcare and learning from my failures has resulted in positive change.
I figured that if it took me years of mistakes before finding success, there must be thousands of others who are struggling to see positive change too.  I want to share with you lessons I have learned along the way and hear from you about the challenges you are having.  Maybe, just maybe, I have found a way to overcome that challenge.
